The Online Store of MINICO Does Not Live Up to Expectations Regarding Quality or Customer Service

My shopping experience at MINICO's online store left me feeling discouraged, which is surprising coming from someone who works in the arts and crafts field. However, the quality of some of the things was not up to par, despite the fact that they offer a diverse selection of materials for sewing, beading, jewelry making, and purse making. In addition, the user experience of the website was difficult to navigate. It was difficult to rely on the search tool, and the product descriptions were weak in relevant information. The process of checking out was also difficult to understand because there were hidden fees that were not mentioned until the very last step. I attempted to address my problems by contacting customer service; however, I was met with comments that were not helpful and an attitude of dismissal. It was very evident that they did not place a priority on the happiness of their customers. In general, I would not advise other people who are interested in crafts to shop through MINICO's online store. Although they have a large number of materials to choose from, the quality of their products and the assistance they provide to customers are not up to par.
