I bought this watch as a daily work watch. I like it because it's big and the numbers are easy to see day and night in glow mode. You can't get better watches for money. I wish they had this when I was in Vietnam! The canvas strap is very thick and seems to last a long time. I've worn it in the shower a few times and it dries well without shrinking. I recently gifted it to my nephew because he has a slightly smaller wrist and it fits him perfectly. If you have a very wide wrist this watch probably won't fit, although it will fit a 6ft 290lb man! I would describe myself as a middle-class watch collector and immediately ordered another one. I have several solar powered Seiko watches that are overpriced compared to Citizen. Never buy a battery powered watch again and no need to fast forward or shake your wrist.
