Great resource for purchasing pre-made solutions
I like that they have so many resources available when it comes time to make our own decisions regarding what we need done - whether its software or hardware products! It was nice having someone who could help us decide between two options within their product line as well.
We're able to get quality work completed quickly because there is such great support behind all aspects of this program. This has been fantastic overall but would be interested if more people knew about some features which are not easily found online (such as how far you can go back).
Pros
- They have a large product line that is easy to navigate and to get an answer for our needs
Cons
- We had some issues with one software product that was very important to our company and they could not make time to make a return call to help out us
