This article is not only suitable for running. Here are some things I find it very useful for: When I travel, I can put my wallet or money clip here. I've been abroad once and never had to worry about pickpocketing. You can't even see that thing under my shirt. Then when I needed cash I would just go to the bathroom to get it without anyone seeing. I love being at amusement parks that I can carry my phone, my wallet, maybe even my keys and not have to worry about them falling out of my pocket on a roller coaster. - I coach soccer in high school and before that I had my phone in my pocket. It wobbled and I was always afraid when I was working with children that it might get damaged when I was demonstrating. It's also secure so I can still walk up stairs or cones and not worry about my phone wobbling and hitting my knees. I like that it offers a bit of protection from the elements, probably won't save you from a downpour, but even if my pants get a bit wet the phone usually stays dry. For the price, this item simply can't be beat. I've had mine for many years and have been using it for several seasons. My father-in-law borrowed it for a trip and I liked it so much I bought him one. If I ever lose mine or just want another one I won't hesitate to keep buying it.
