Good day to all, at the moment there are problems in the field of sports nutrition. Since deliveries, you know where they stopped, decided to order this product for the first time. The first impression is no, the taste is so-so, whether it works or not, while I’m watching, I’m getting protein with it. I've tried other brands, BSN Syntha, and Muscletech, much nicer and better quality, albeit a bit more expensive. Who cares, taste comes first for me. I will not order Optima again
