I really like the design and color of this clock because it matched my home decor perfectly and it has a classy look. However, the second hand on one side of the clock kept getting stuck so the clock didn’t keep the correct time. But this would only happen when the clock was mounted on the wall just as it was designed to be. When I would take it down to check it, the second hand would get unstuck and the clock would run again. The first time it happened, I contacted revain and they replaced it, but I experienced the same issue with the replacement. So I’m returning this clock for a second time, but getting a refund instead of a replacement. When I read the reviews before I purchased the clock, it had good reviews. If there was a way for me to get to the second hand and adjust it, I would because I really wanted to keep the clock. I saw another clock designed exactly like this, but it cost over $200 which I think is way too much to pay for a wall clock especially without seeing any reviews posted.
