Size chart probably inaccurate
I bought the second largest size, using the size chart they provided (my chest is 46in. So I got a 4XL). It didn't fit, looking more like a super tight sports bra than a binder. I actually pinched myself with the zipper because the tissue was so tightly packed in there. May be good on smaller people, but order a couple sizes bigger.
