It took me 3 returns to find the right size. Normally the women's size 10.5 fits me, actually I had to take size 12. I work as a nurse and in a huge prison city. We average 20 miles per shift in rain, snow and sleet. Got these shoes 3 months ago and they are great. To be honest my feet hurt a little the first few days but after they broke my feet never hurt at the end of the day. If only they had shoes that prevented shin splints! I will be buying more pairs as New Balance always sells out on their shoes and the stores that make them.
