Perfect for me. I wasn't expecting a high tech gadget and it isn't. I have partial paralysis of my throat and tongue due to throat surgery. I can't use these jets. I like commanding the pressure of the water. So easy to use - just squeeze the device and insert the nozzle into a cup of water and hydrogen peroxide, mouthwash or toothwash. Release and it will suck up the liquid. You don't have to disassemble the device to add water - just repeat the first step. As is the packaging. It reminds me of the 80's song "Domo arigato, Mr. Roboter. Have a good laugh!
