LOVE LOVE LOVE! I used my thumbnail clippers to open it as one commenter said. I then inserted it into the belly button and used the same nail scissors to slightly lift the inserted piece back. it was uncomfortable. but i will 2 minutes of embarrassment for an amazing ring! I'm trying to work my waist and the curved balls on the bar are hurting my piercing. π
