First ride: No communication with another object (less than 3 feet, riding side by side) for 30 minutes. Didn't try to reconnect, no time. Second trip: Lost connection again, within 30 minutes. Try re-pairing, turning on/off, etc. 3 or 4 times with no success. Third ride: The volume (of the other device trying to connect) dropped to a whisper within 30 seconds of pairing. All attempts to restore volume were unsuccessful, volume was at max level including toggling on/off, re-pairing, etc. Complete loss of communication, again about 30 minutes, re-pairing did not occur, removed the helmet. Try to get my money back!
