Review on Saucony Men's Switchback Walking Shoes in Classic Black: Maximum Comfort and Durability by Vladimir Castillo

Rare Saucony bug

I am a long time customer of Saucony. I regularly do street running in Kinvara and trail running Peregrine and Xodus. Saucony make great on and off road shoes which I love. Switchback is the wrong shoe. Grip is poor compared to Peregrine. The fit is bad too. The BOA system is a poor choice for running shoes. Nob is annoying too. I thought I would love these shoes but I absolutely hated them. The only thing that attracts them is their minimalism. Saucony was to make such shoes with Peregrine tread and laces. I would buy these shoes!

Pros
  • Like the shoes. I like the BOA system of dressing. I took them running, they are light and fit my feet perfectly.
Cons
  • May not be easy to clean
