Review on Zojirushi CD LTC50 BA Commercial Boiler Warmer by Gregory Braddock

We have had a Zojirushi water heater for almost 15 years and it is the most used appliance in our kitchen. It eventually "died" when I was cleaning it and water got into the controller, so I ordered this "commercial" replacement. (The 'dead' block has come back to life and is now going to the school break room.) This 5 liter water heater is actually a bit simpler than the one it replaced, as it lacks a digital temperature gauge. We chose the Japanese-made model after reading reviews of cheaper Chinese-made versions. We are waiting for another 15-20 years of service.
