These come in handy when you have fabric that is prone to punctures. I've used them on a few projects already and they work as intended with stronger grip and excellent performance than pins. I haven't lost a pin yet, but I forgot one or two in the project. Luckily I always double check but use my projection. It's definitely a great alternative.
