I have replaced the left stick in my Xbox One's controller with these parts three times. I know how to solder and do professional installation work. The item works as intended for a maximum of one to two weeks, about 10-15 hours, then failure! The stick behaves as if it were in the forward position when it is in the zero or (middle) position. It takes about an hour to remove, desolder, re-solder and then reassemble these controllers to install these parts. Not to mention that you risk damaging the circuit board every time you need to replace these parts. From now on I will try another manufactured part and advise others to do the same. For the record, it's not the sellers fault, rather the manufacturer of that particular part is responsible for the cheap product. If I couldn't pick stars to rank for, I would. But to give this review I had to select at least 1 star.
