Review on LuguLake TN04 Vintage Phonograph with 3-Speed Turntable, Belt Drive LP 🎢 Vinyl Record Player, Built-in Speaker, Aux in and RCA Output, Wooden Finish by Corey Owens

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The one I received was defective but customer service is great.

I have a lot of stereo equipment and like to buy interesting things, although I already have a lot of working players (both high and low). Okay, first the good: This basic turntable looks nice, the speakers are clear (although not very loud and with very little bass), it's very light and can be moved around easily. And now for the bad: The player has only one function - to play vinyl records. This one plays a few, but not much. I have one new and one old vinyl that plays fine on my other four turntables. Then they jump and the arm floats in the grooves and goes back and forth like it can't decide which direction to go. There is no way to adjust the weight or pressure to keep the needle in the groove and tracking properly. The end result is that it's useless for playing vinyl records. I am assuming I have a defective one as there are many other reviews saying they work perfectly. I will return it for a refund and spend money on a better quality product. This is very bad because I liked the simplicity of this article. UPDATE: I upgraded my rating due to customer service. Unfortunately I have already returned my turntable and ordered another brand, but the customer service from this company is very good. They offered to send me a new one without sending the old one back or they could process my refund. I like it when these companies actively care about their customers. Even though mine didn't work I would happily order from them again.
