Update 2: I am changing my rating back to the original 4 stars due to the customer service I received. After contacting the seller I received a quick reply apologizing for the problem and was told they would send a replacement pair. I truly value good customer service more than anything else. Update 1: Unfortunately I have to change my rating from 4 stars to 1. After a little over 2 months of use, the sound on the left has dropped significantly to almost none. This is rather disappointing as I really liked these headphones. I've been using these headphones for a month and a half now. I like them for the most part. I'm certainly not a music lover, but the sound quality is excellent. They are very comfortable. I have a tragus and a daith piercing and they have never started to hurt even when I sleep with these IEMs. I love that they come with two types of tips; I used the second type. The only thing I don't like about these headphones is that they don't cancel out noise very well and the cord gets tangled very easily.
