I will only report as to the sizing, it fits as stated or closely to your normal shirt size.Example (me): 5'11ish inch tall wears a LARGE shirt.Purchased the Large and the compression was a perfect fit. Going up one size would have resulted in a bit too much and not a snug fit. Compression shirts like this for summer wear need to be a second skin. That way the sweat will migrate to the outer layer and then evaporate. Fits similar to my UA Heatgear tops (L).I do like the under arm mesh to help keep cool under my cycling jersey. Give that a plus in your buying decision.I have yet to wash and see if the material has any shrinkage.Stitching is a light color, which I prefer as it will be exposed on the arms only.More to report back later as I put this into the weekly use and washes.
