This toy IS for a little more aggressive play. Keep in mind NO PLUSH toy is indestructible. YOU need to teach your dog how to play with the toy, remember they can chew sticks apart.For me - I determine is a toy is good for the specific dog and play type. Some will NEVER get a plush.1) THis is real good for dogs that want to play rough NOT sit there and chew it to pieces. Remember thay can chew sticks to pieces. My 30lb Doxie mix chewed the tail off, and the foster puppies play tug hard with zero damage.2) THis is ALSO perfect for smaller dogs that want play so tug with it - ie like puppies etc mentioned in bullet one.3) I will buy another as-long -as the price is not too high.
