I really wanted to use this product as it is really versatile and allows you to use a small DSLR, a pro camera or a phone. The materials appear to be of good quality, but assembly is extremely difficult. It takes 1 to 2 hours to balance and still feels uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me, but still it's a terrible user experience. management makes no sense. The instructions are terrible. A very impractical product for on the go. When I use my phone and get a message, forget it's shooting. There are multiple charging ports. One USB-C the other not. It's so confusing and you rely on YouTube to watch someone set it up and they can't even explain it properly. Oh, and the official app seems broken. It was not even possible to connect the stabilizer to the iPhone via Bluetooth.
