I am NOW very disappointed in this product although I used to be very happy with it. Expect it to take much, much longer. The fan has stopped. It's been like this for about a month now, but I figured it might just be condensate reducing the efficiency of the fan. Monday this week I loaded it up with lunch and turned it on. When I came back for lunch the temperature was room temperature. I noticed that the fan is not spinning. I hit it a few times and the fan started working again, but it stopped shortly after. Look, this box goes to work on Monday and comes home on Friday. It doesn't move much. I have the skills to swap out the motor if I can find the motor but I would like to advise you all that with problems like this in just 3 months this thing is definitely not worth $100. Again, last week I would have told you that was the best $100 I've ever spent. I've changed my mind.
