Quality product, delivered on time
I smoked some boston butts, pork belly and beef ribs (easily over 18 pounds of meat) and served them in one of the pans. I also made a very tight (3.5" deep) mac and cheese in another one. They held up strong, didn't deform or leak. The lids were high quality too and people thought the food was catered -Company delivered.
