Review on Techmount 4-30912-B-TECHGRIPPER: Ride Safe with USA Made Universal Motorcycle Handlebar Smart Phone & GPS Mount Kit in Black by Chuck Hernandez

First I did some research between YouTube, specifically Law Abiding Bicker's channel, and various websites. Decided to try this product. I have an iPhone 6s in a Spigen Tough Armor case mounted on a 2016 HD XL1200C. Installation was easy, the only problem was finding a suitable spot that would not get in the way of the devices and still allow me to see the phone. Once the position has been found, do you select the appropriate gasket/seal/adapter? I installed it in less than 5 minutes, put my phone in the holder and off I went. I got tired of the two crescents holding my phone, but not noticing any slipping or vibration made me feel more confident and hit freeway speeds of 70 mph with no problem. I am concerned long term, how long will the springs maintain their advertised 18psi force? Does the grip attachment on the ball also feel plastic? In addition to the threads and locking ring, the insulation could be the culprit, but even that part feels tight when tightened. Otherwise a great product and I am very happy with the result.
