I've had 3 reconstructive surgeries on my foot and it's hard to find shoes that allow my foot to breathe. My foot swells very easily and this is the perfect light and airy shoe I was looking for. They appear to be a cheaper material but that is because they are very light. I've been wearing them for a year now when I exercise and walk my dog every day and my foot still isn't swollen and they're holding up really well. Once I soaked them with red clay mud and they cleaned perfectly. I train so light but because they are so light I wouldn't wear them for heavy workouts. And they are not suitable for winter, as they do not keep you warm at all. Otherwise they are great.
