My husband is L to XL so I ordered him an XL size to be honest it's the average size. He wanted a little more rest from lifting weights. And the cut is weird, his breasts are sticking out, not what the picture shows. He's a bodybuilder, but he doesn't like it. Was a gift, very disappointed
