I bought these for my 13 year old puppy. A needle with a cut tail that makes it impossible to keep the dog diaper in place. I've seen other reviews saying it works. it was sent by God! I had to make some adjustments for those who might need the same. First, the "Y" shape goes to the chest (front), BUT. When putting it on I fasten the 2 loose ends at the back of the diaper pant and then cross my pup's hump (back). I attached a "safety pin" to the cross at the back of the neckline to prevent the straps from slipping, this creates a neck opening between the nape of the neck and the front "Y" area that I simply twist over her head. .
