We bought this frame and were happy to fit it to our TV. We thought this would bring the TV even closer to being a true work of art, and it really is. Unfortunately, the bezel covers up the TV's motion sensor and ambient light sensor, so with the bezel on, the TV always thinks it's night in an empty room. Art turns off after one minute. This makes the device look like a black TV screen with a frame. the opposite of what we want to achieve. I called the manufacturer and instead of calling me back, they emailed me a link with instructions on how to turn off my TV's motion sensor and ambient light sensor. Unfortunately, this means that the TV works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is also undesirable, and it no longer has the ability to adapt to ambient light parameters, which is bad because at certain times of the day it's in the room, where there is enough sunlight. The manufacturer is aware of this issue but does not explicitly state it in marketing materials. Please be careful. This product severely limits the usefulness of your Frame TV.
