I was eager to check out WEYOUNG as a professional in need of dependable workplace supplies. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for me. The dry erase board I bought was cheaply manufactured, a pain to set up, and had a writing surface that was difficult to erase. My office's new tech gadget was just as useless as I had feared it would be, creating more problems and wasted time than it was worth. In addition, I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on their website because of how complicated it was. It was hard to judge the quality of the goods before purchase due to the lack of clear product descriptions and pictures. I had a terrible experience trying to get in touch with customer support about a problem I was having. They didn't care about helping me out, so I felt abandoned and irritated. In sum, if you're in need of dependable office supplies, I wouldn't suggest WEYOUNG online shop. The products are subpar, overpriced, and fail to deliver on the claims stated on the website. As a working professional, I rely on reliable and effective tools, and WEYOUNG fell short on both counts.
