Buyer beware—returns are impossible
These seemed okay, but are enormous—clown pants. When I tried to return via revain, i got a msg saying I would receive a return shipping label within 5 days. I didn’t. Notified revain and wrote a note to Zoulee via revain. Got a long, convoluted response that came from China. Essentially saying pants weren’t worth the postage to return, and they hope I like them ! revain hasn’t responded to my complaint. Yet.
