This shirt fits very well. slightly snug as expected if you prefer your shirts to fit a little lose you might want to go up one from your normal size. Most of my shirts are Large but for a snug fit in workout shirts, I usually get Medium.The material stretches so this shirt hugs your upper body with not a lot of movement which is perfect if you are working out, or doing work around the house and in the yard. Even the length of the shirt is great, there are times with these style shirts if I choose a medium it seems a little short and I might have to pull it down if I'm reaching during my workouts.
