Literally a month later the top line of the straps broke. My daughter is only 5 years old, she doesn't have anything heavy and the seams are already coming undone. She doesn't overdo it as she is very picky about her clothes so their quality is not greatly affected. I literally missed the return window by a day! Update 6/12: Already sewn once with durable fishing line. The stitch area splits again into a new one, but in roughly the same place. Straightened the cushion in the shoulder straps and stretched the straps so the foam inside isn't the full length now. This bag is falling apart. What a waste of money! Taken the last star. If I could, I would do it from scratch! Lived (almost) 3 months! Don't buy for school. Maybe just decoration. That's all.
