We bought this bike for our granddaughter and she loves it. It was very easy to assemble. All parts are strong and durable. The only exception is the shopping cart, which appears to be overdue. It connects with a pair of included zippers. There are no pre-drilled holes. The basket interferes with the brake line and the bell on the steering wheel. The support wheels have different heights to which they can be adjusted. The packaging says there are a few other accessories available, but there's no indication of how to purchase them. The box was damaged on one side, but luckily nothing inside the box was damaged. This is our granddaughter's first bike and she is learning to ride very quickly. She is used to using the brake on the steering wheel for the front wheel and the pedal brake for the rear wheel.
