Ordered two of these faucets for a guest bathroom based on reviews. When they arrived I immediately opened the box and was immediately struck by how solid the faucets were. They were very heavy and appeared to be quite well made. Installation was a breeze! If you can follow the simple instructions you will be able to install these faucets. The way the device is designed makes the installation process very easy. The worst part of the project was fighting OLD faucets and drains trying to get the water out! After the old faucets and drains were removed, the installation took about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to tighten the drain securely to prevent leaks. After my drains were tightened, I haven't had any leakage issues at all. The water connections are very easy and I have had absolutely no problems with leaking water connections. I love retractable plums! The top of the plug unscrews for easy cleaning. One squeeze closes the drain to keep the water in the sink and another squeeze raises the drain. I will never go back to retractable stem plugs! Overall I am VERY impressed with these faucets! They look great and work perfectly! In addition, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely buy them again and have already recommended the product to friends.
