I'm a fairly fickle but very loyal customer and when I find a product or service that meets my needs I'll work with them to the last call. I worked with this machine almost 20 years ago and was so pleased with it that I issued an APB for it for use in our small home business. Imagine my delight when it appeared on Revain.com at the best possible price. I was so happy I bought it right. After so many years, it's still going strong - and no, the recorder is not outdated in the truest sense of the word. What attracted me to this model is that it supports both mini and standard cartridges, a counter and the ability to set the number of words the pedal displays when moving fast forward or backward. Well worth the price and still being used in my shop after many years.
