The software has so many options to customize and have fun with your employees, that you can run a successful restaurant almost completely using this application. It can be very intimidating at first since there are a lot of features. Definitely get some training from an expert in order to really understand how to work it like a pro. The customer support is also amazing so there's no need for a ton of help just if you need a hand the staff will be happy to walk you through any problems you may encounter. Being able to track inventory and make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. The ease in which I can manage my inventory, employee time sheets & payroll from one place has helped me streamline our business process! It's not as intuitive or user friendly for someone who doesn't know how to use computers well but that shouldn't be an issue if you have any experience with software like this. We are able to see everything at once instead of having multiple spreadsheets open so we don't lose track of anything important.
