Super comfortable, run large
I wear a 6 1/2 in any other shoe but I had to buy a 6 in this shoe. They were so loose and long in the heel. The 6 is perfect. The insole is not padded and they do not have a significant arch support. BUT, they are extremely comfortable, like wearing socks with a sole. The height of the heel makes walking pleasant, and they're no problem for someone who stands all day.
