Wow, I love this bag. I can carry what I need. I'm not a tour guide but I do backpacking with my teenage son and wife. I usually carry the weight for her and that's easy to do. The pendant is wonderful. My only complaint is that it's so big when loaded that you have to be careful to pack heavier items on the bottom - if you don't, it feels really heavy at the top. Nylon is bulletproof. Small pockets on the belt are useful. If you are looking for an oversized bag of the highest quality, this is the one for you.
