I had no complaints against the lock itself, but I installed / tried to install the first on but spring on the lock was not installed or came off and made the bar that turns the bolt too short to engage the bolt. Also on the shaft on the bottom of the handle was glued at a bad angle and broke off when putting it through the hole that I drilled.I figured I would try again and ordered a replacement. On this one the flipper kept getting stuck when opening the door ( 3 times in two days). The whole thing is basically very cheaply made. I bit the bullet and ordered the Camelot for Schlage and what a difference, this thing weighed twice as much and was quality. The part that goes through the door on the bottom was even adjustable and went through the whole I drilled for this lock.
