Front designed slightly differently than in the picture. The zippers are different, which made me a little upset at first, but after looking at them for a moment, I decided I liked them better. So if it's a design change, don't do it, IMO. Secondly there is a third pocket which is practical and gives the bag an extra character. Mind you I'm someone who plans to use the same bag everyday so I bought the black one so if it falls apart in a week I'll be back. As far as I can tell everything else in the bag is as advertised. The side pocket fits my Samsung A20. By the way, the front pockets fit my whole arm, and my arms are not necessarily small for a woman. I wouldn't say this bag is big, more like a medium sized one, but it's definitely one of those ones that looks bigger on the inside than it does on the outside. I think I can fit everything I need in it, although it was a bit smaller than I expected.
