I have been a Radius fan and customer for many years. I really liked your cranberry thread which I can't find anymore. I ordered this version in desperation and cannot describe my disappointment. First, they no longer package filament in a plastic dispenser. The box it comes in is a dispenser. You read that right. Just a flimsy little cardboard package and it's a mess. The thread itself is like a small piece of yarn. Radius, by reading this, return the waxed cranberries in the original plastic dispenser. Until then, I'll use a different brand. This order will be returned immediately.
