I can only say less. I have straight, very thin hair below my elbows. My hair is a huge pain to brush or brush at this point. I have to wash it every day and that's the worst part of my day. So now I comb it less with my conditioner in the shower and while it sucks it's better than before. I'll lose a lot of hair, but then again, instead of seeing a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor, I'll throw it away immediately. what I think is better. I don't think I'll lose more hair. The big one I had was white and the small one was turquoise. The big one is a little bigger than a Hershey bar, and the small one can be the size of those gummies with dentin ice.
