Poppy color scheme doesn't match the pictures but it's still nice colors. The polish itself is thicker than I like to use as it gets too thick and takes longer to apply a thin coat. You end up using 2-3 coats and if the thicker polish isn't applied thinly it will just flake off as it just doesn't cure well. The best I can describe is the texture, which is like a blob of paint that's almost completely dry where you can touch it, but takes on a rubbery consistency when pressed down. I've used several different types of gels and so far I only like one brand. to the next mark.
