Veeva Vault Enterprise Data Management Solution
I like that it allows me multiple ways for different types document retention needs (e-discovery).
It also works with our cloud services which reduces paper waste as well! The user interface could use some work - too many clicks sometimes or not enough options displayed at once times; however this really comes down more towards my preference than anything else about VE's system functionality/UI design issues.- Ease in creating eDMS reports from documents stored within one specific folder structure using templates set by default upon setup.
Pros
- There is no need to worry if you have all your files accessible, since there are various storage platforms available when needed without having to purchase them separately nor do they cost much money either:
- Storage costs nothing other then hosting fees,
- Data transfer can be automated so data transfers will only happen after prepping has been done manually through an approval mechanism., etc
Cons
- UI looks dated but
