Cons: it is stated: seven and a half hours of talking on the headset - this is not true, in reality it is 3 or 4 hours (one worker goes with it, you need to charge the second one, otherwise it will not last until the evening); the sensor eventually refuses to work for many users - this happened to me after a year and a half and it cannot be treated in any way; The name of the caller is reported only if it is recorded in the phone book in Latin letters; the range is 10 meters, but if you talk and move away from the phone, the communication quality deteriorates earlier than after 10 meters; media buttons could not be used on any Android phone, I tried a bunch of them (pause, play, next track); most users start having various problems and for the most part they are not treated in any way. And 4 points because I'm sitting looking: to buy, but I can't find an alternative. We need a headset that is just as comfortable on the ear, with the same excellent noise reduction, but at the same time I want more autonomy and work - a sensor, media buttons and announcing the caller in 2022. And there is nothing to buy. And planktronics, of course, are lazy, they know about all the diseases, but they don’t fix this headset either and they don’t release a new one devoid of these shortcomings.
