Baby is biting but mother's finger ok

I use this for my 15 month old son in addition to his electric front toothbrush, he just doesn't let anyone near him. It's a bit of a fiesta, but my finger stays intact. I love his dual system oral care. This brush is expensive, but that seems to be all it says.
