At first I was a bit skeptical about buying this robot because of the 4 stars. When I saw the water dispenser for a few euros more I thought why not. Ordered and received in one day. FIRST START Assembly was the easiest, with the safety cable already hooked in and the first set of wheels already pinned. So easy. The SECOND STARI is connected and charging as instructed until the green light is on. Only 20-30 mins. THIRD STAR. Place water with a small amount of Windex as indicated. Turned it on and put it by the window, it sucked out and immediately stuck to the window. Incredible The work is done very easily, the remote control is easy to use. FOURTH STAR. Cons: a bit noisy; I wake up at 4:30 am everyday and planned to have it running at that time for the balcony windows as I live on the 42nd floor PH. Hope you don't wake up the neighbors. Too bad it was wireless. The cable becomes taut and no longer works. But you can use an extension cord, so no problem. The automatic water sprayer is helpless...it just sprays a small mist and goes up in the air instead of towards the window, so don't spend extra money on this feature. I will try to return. You need to put a water hole in another spot that faces the window. I think it's a design issue. But I just sprayed the window a bit before using the robot and it was perfect. I only give this machine 4 stars because the water spray is useless, otherwise it would be 5 STARS EARNED! BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT. Amazing for tall windows, balconies, tall mirrors etc. My new dogs (my friend) stick their noses in windows so I just use the robot every day lol.
