Let's compare my experience buying from ebay refurb through a big seller versus a refurbished Amazon: Ebay: 1) delivery took 10 days 2) poorly packaged 3) wrong item sent (unusable old Magnavox Blu-ray player comes with manual) working LG, also in bad condition) 4) no refund possible until they receive the useless item 5) prepaid shipping label is badly formatted and difficult to print 6) no option for pickup - gotta do all the work 7) Time from first order to return - pending but estimated at 3 weeks. Revain: 1) received in 2 days 2) well packaged in the original box 3) correct item in perfect condition like new This is a tight decision but if you are looking for refurbishment options I would say this is a better choice. The player itself looks prettier than expected, as do many LG products. The physical buttons on the player are a good fallback and they click well, don't touch, which I guess. Menus are quick and easy to navigate, load times are good, and noise is minimal. Very satisfied.
