. I stuffed it with comforters and put it in the box for a few minutes before realizing it wasn't as full as I thought it would be. I added another blanket and when I zipped up the top, the zip tab broke. The tab itself is broken, not just ripped off. It was almost fully zippered so I think I can still use it as is, but I don't see how to reopen that flap. EDIT: The seller was kind enough to send a new one without asking. Haven't had a chance to try this out but am now increasing my rating to 3 stars to reflect the customer service. One thing I forgot to mention in my original review is that stuffing it with blankets increased its weight to around 30lbs, which is way too light for me, so I'd happily fill it with something heavier and a new one Try the bag this way. .
