The sensor will not transmit data beyond 12 inches to the computer. Called Revain support. They provided customer service information to Precor, the manufacturer of the Spinning product line. I contacted a representative who said they don't have this product. I informed him this was sold by Spinning on Revain, he said "let me transfer you to another department" which was a voicemail box. I left a message Stay tuned I will update the information as the situation evolves. Also, the display on the computer is very dim and only visible at certain angles. At the moment I can only strongly advise you to keep your hands off this product.
