I like how easy it was to use! It's great because you can track so many different aspects of your customer service department from one site rather than having multiple spreadsheets or apps with individual data sets! There isn't anything specific about this software as far as things we wish existed more but everything else works just fine :) We utilize tabillo heavily in our day job at work where all employees interact together via email/call center ticket system and tabs keep us organized without any loss of information!
